Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ONE Protocol ("the Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Network or interact with any of our smart contracts.

2. Token Holding and Access

Access to the Network's Included Lane requires holding a minimum balance of $ONE tokens in a supported wallet.

  • Your access may be suspended if your balance falls below the required threshold.
  • Tokens are not consumed for inference in the Included Lane.
  • The protocol reserves the right to adjust the minimum holding requirement based on network capacity and token velocity.

3. Dedicated Lane

Power users may purchase Dedicated Lane packages using USDC. These purchases are final and non-refundable. The protocol guarantees capacity according to the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) associated with your package.

4. Decentralized Infrastructure

ONE Protocol operates as a decentralized network of independent node operators ("Workers"). While we implement cryptographic receipts (OneVerify) to mathematically verify compute output, we do not own or control the physical hardware of individual nodes. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service outside of the Dedicated Lane SLA.

5. Privacy and Ephemerality

By design, the Network does not log prompts or outputs. Workers process data entirely in memory. However, you are strictly responsible for the data you transmit through the Network. Do not transmit sensitive personal information unless you have properly encrypted the payload.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Network and its software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall ONE Protocol developers, contributors, or foundation members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Network.
